    Photograph the stone

    Take a straight-on phone photo. Enter the stone’s width and height, then mark its four corners.

    Match the lettering

    Monumize reads the engraved dates and ranks the closest of 22 monument fonts. Switch fonts if you prefer another.

    Type the new line

    Enter the final date or new line. The outline is laid on your own photo so you can check it before you download.

    Cut and blast as usual

    Download to-scale cut files and a placement sheet. Cut the stencil on your plotter and sandblast on site.

Can a cemetery use Monumize, or is it only for monument shops?
Both. Monumize is built for anyone who cuts sandblast stencils. If your cemetery does its own lettering in-house, your crew can use it the same way a monument shop does.
How does adding a date to a headstone work with Monumize?
Photograph the stone with a phone, enter its width and height, and mark its four corners. Monumize reads the engraved dates, suggests the closest of 22 monument fonts, and you type the new date. You download to-scale cut files and a placement sheet, cut the stencil on your plotter, and sandblast on site.

Which file formats do we get?
An R12 true-arc DXF for Gerber OMEGA, a CAD DXF with units, EPS, a 1:1 PDF, PLT (HP-GL) and SVG, plus a placement sheet showing where the new line sits on the stone.
What does it cost?
$49 per job, paid by card when you download. Sales tax applies where required, and each payment comes with an invoice PDF. One payment unlocks every file for that job, including re-generated ones. There is no subscription and no per-seat fee.
We don’t engrave. What should we tell families?
Point them to their monument shop for the final date. Our free tools let families try fonts, plan the wording and estimate cost before they call.
